Colostrum is actually produced in the breast from about 16 weeks and is a thick, creamy or yellow substance.

It is interesting that some women leak quite a lot before their babies are born and others don't seem to at all. There doesn't seem to be any link between how much is leaked before the baby's birth and how much milk you produce afterwards.

Hoje quando vestia o soutien tamanho gigante reparei que estavam umas manchinhas de cristais amarelos na área do mamilo. Havia dos dois lados, mas em muito maior quantidade do lado esquerdo. Será já o colostro? :)
